Bitorrent Problem

i just started using BT and i was downloading scary movie 3 after 65% my PC crashed and now when i try to resume the download, it checks the existing file up to 65% but then at the end of checking a message comes up saying

problem connecting to tracker <urlopen error (10061, &#39;connection refused&#39>

other Dls off BT are working fine though

could anyone help?

What I do is save the torrent link to my favourites on IE tool bar....when that message comes up I just click okay and leave it...."15 Minutes" kept doing that to me yesterday

It would say 57% after an hour or so and I would just click the okay button and it would jump to 80%...Make sense I hope so
