    He was disabled for failing to desist , even after being warned ,from posting off-topic comments in the Drawing Room section - which is the only place that you can't get away with doing that sort of thing.
    He's supposed to get his privileges back tomorrow.

    As for the prize ,since the question has been asked before ,I'm afraid it fails to qualify as original.
