OK once and for all, I need someone to help me out here

Right, so, I once used to use NZB's here, using Grabit, but it was simple, don't quite know how it worked, I didn't need to pay or anything, I had a server, user and pass that was passed on to me, but it stopped working a while ago.. Am trying to get back into using newsgroups.

Thing is, I need a simple step by step guide on how to do it (guides here didn't help me too much).

Is there a free way of using newsgroups, or am I going to need to pay?
If there is a free way (that will give me the same speeds as BT), where do I start? What's this IPv6 thingy I've seen here and there..? How do I use it..?

Free server? www.just4today.net, has 10 days retention and the username/pass changes on a daily basis. I was lucky to get 250-300K/sec with the 2 connectons they offered. But hey, its free.

But like everything in life, the best, the fastest, the longest retention always costs money. It hasn't got to cost a lot, but it WILL cost, if you want binaries, with many hundreds of days retention, lots of connections so you can max out your speed and unlimited downloads

No way. I would see 400K/sec for a few moments but that was rare. Most times it was between 250-350K on average. And really, it isnt that much for a paid subscription to max out your line.
