You could try to recover the e-mail, but an easier solution would be to go to their IRC channel, or maybe PM Bumrocks here about that, giving him your CN username.

Whatever the email was you use to signup for CN, go into it.
Find the registration confirmation email you signed up with, you should find your own login URL.

Btw, you don't have to use *'s when refering to CN...
