huge problem with utorrent

hi guys
i am using utorrent 1.8.1
today my computer crashed and when i rebooted it
all the tasks in my utorrent has disappeared but all the settings are the same
please help me

edit : by searching a lot in google i ve found the solution

Just so that your thread is actually helpful for other people, I'll post recovering your resume.dat file does the trick.
