    add a + to the port number in the front (in mIRC that is) => +6697

    Also install OpenSSL if you haven't in your mirc folder

    thanks! now it work
    witout installing the openssl. just added + as u said
    but i see only one channel when i type /list and its #cn.fantasy and its pretty empty why on earth is this thing?

    Maybe they have hidden their channels and are invite only. Read their site (I don't know the cn site) and it should explain why you only see one channel.

    Yeah I just checked their irc out too
