after trying couple of stuff im using kasparsky for 2 years now and it's doing well
I'm using Avira Antivir personal. It is free and does not use a lot of resources. Updates are also free. So if you have an outdated machine then Avira would be a good choice in my opinion. For more powerful PC i would recommend ESET.
antivir is good
Linux is not good for most users cause some programs don't work on it.
As of free AVs, I would recommend avast! It uses minimum resources and it's easy to handle.
I've always used Norton for as long as I can remember but I kind of had a feeling that it has "hidden agendas," like downloading stuff that I'm not aware of. A friend of mine recommended Avast, so I downloaded it for free. I'm actually pretty happy with it because it's efficient, effective, updates itself in a timely manner. I've been using it for a year now.
90 day trial 2010 Norton internet security is around the web somewhere i have and will upload if needed, use internet security versions of AV proggies![]()
