Looking for TV episodes in 'mobile' format

I'm looking for some TV shows in MPEG-4 format, the same format that iTunes offers, and I'll be putting them on my iPhone. I've found the episodes I'm looking for in various 'mobile' formats but never the quality that iTunes offers them.

Any ideas where I can find that?

I think IPT has season packs on MP4 format, as well as full-length movies.
