I wasn't implying you were fapping over a baby, like.

I meant the one you're standing beside.

I went for Ubuntu ntebook remix or something else. Is it worth using a slimmer OS like Puppy Linux.
I hurd a rumour that some company called microsoft or something made an OS that wurks with loiyke nearly all hardware and software. apparently it's quite popular and just wurks without loads of fannying about
I'm pretty sure micersoft didn't make knoppix

Ubuntu, though, that's more like windows for people who can't afford windows or watevar, and who don't want to play like 80% of the gheymes on the market, and who think exploding icons on a dock is the bee's knees. Nubs

As someone who ran ubuntu at work for over a year, I know how much fun that crap is when youse wanna do seriarse stuffs. Aptana died every time ubuntu upgraded something beginning with an x, and to get any sort of vpn working, I had to like make a perl script that converted the config files from whatever format cisco uses to something that worked with the free stuff for ubuntu.

Unless thousands of people want to use something with it, it's a gamble if it'll work, even if you get it from whatever they call their dodgy install manager. Also, it's what dumb people who wanna come off as smart use to feel more leet than windows users.

I hate ubuntu and I want it to die.

It's the inbred os of choice, fags on 4chan swear by it, morans on benchpants's board use it, old people like it, I'm told even Sherbert used it, and it's from Africa.

    ---

On a completely different note, I just got steady employment by my current employer who laid me off before. Good times.

Nearly as soon as I signed the contract, I've had two other firms tell me they're interested in me. And that's without me sending in my application

    People suck

Dunno, before I was all like but with a keyboard.

    Now I'm more like .

At least they raised my salary, and I don't spend my evenings in hotel rooms surfing the interwebs or playing internets spaceships through hotel wifi :/

Won't be much coding for me for a while though, if I stick around.
