I think I've come to the conclusion that Americans aren't funny, I thought that Community was well done but then realised that a pom was in there and that's probably why I thought it was funny.
Modern Family is alright but who doesn't laugh at gay people.

Just pruned a shitload of trees on the farm and got bitten on my thighs by ants - teach me to do pruning with a shirt, boxes and boots. At least the rest of the crops look healthy!
Got TAFE tomorrow. Monday is programming, we're learning Python. We spent the first day learning about instructions and had to get into groups and give instructions to a (human) robot to prove that you have to be specific. Why we spent three hours on that when the bitch of the teacher could of spent 10 minutes explaining it to us is beyond me.
At least I met some interesting characters in my group - maybe that's the point of the lesson. Spend 3 hours on meeting people?

i dislike merkin comedy. my idea of hell is that Charlie sheen one with the fat kid. A load of fucking cunts dressed like a fucking rainbow's thrown up on them. all casually sat around in strategic places in a frontroom or a coffee shop with brand labels facing away. Manic canned laughter when one of them tells a "joke". Plots that evolve around them whining and obsessing over fucking nothing at all.
I like Portlandia cos there's no canned laughter, the people are quite ugly. They make the assumption that everyone is stupid and doesn't know what they're talking about. They play up to peoples stupidity and pretentiousness. I just think it's quite good lyke

Cloning a HDD with partitions on it. Having fun so far considering I don't know what the fuck I'm doing. So far I've resized HDD2 and copy/pasted partition 1 of HDD1 on HDD2.
