    Saw this on OCAU:

i remember reading this recipe before the forums died. i just wanted to add this so it wouldnt be forgotten

this makes 500mls of jelly, or about 16 good sized ice-cubes

    ok what u will need:
    - pack of jelly, flav of choice (pink lemonade works well)
    - hot water - 250mls
    - cold water - 100mls
    - vodka (pref absolut) - 100mls

    what u need to do:
    - mix cold water and vodka togather in bowl/glass
    - put jelly crystals in bowl with hot water, stir till disolved. let this cool for 2-4 mins, so the water isnt really hot.
    - add cold water/vodka mixture to bowl and stir a bit
    - pour this combined mixture into an ice-cube tray. put in freezer. leave over night
    - next day (or whenever set) get a knife and gently cut around cube so it falls out easlly
    - put ice-cubes on plate/whatever and serve!

change the cold water to vodka ratio for diff results. ive found this works well, and u get a good amount of vodka in each cube

    enjoy!

Was cleaning my bike on sunday and spotted that my rear wheel has 4 broken spokes

FOUR, ffs. Made me wonder how many spokes I actually still need before the wheel collapses into a pacmanesque mess on the road

    Damn potholes

It's dependent on many different factors including your weight ,fluidity on the bike ,strength/rigidity of the rim, how well the wheel was built( the integrity of the remaining spokes ) ,road surface, geography(is the terrain flat or hilly?) and tire pressure, so there's no way that it can easily be predicted. I'm afraid that you are just going to have to keep riding it find that out.

    Weight - ~13 stone
Fluidity on the bike - lolwut?
Strength/Rigidity of the rim - Fnar fnar
How well the wheel was built - 1980's Raleigh special...
Road Surface - mostly smooth, but occasionally pot-holey if I don't see it in the dark in time.
Geography - Too hilly for my liking!
Tyre Pressure - It's supposed to be about 50psi I think but I can't find right valve attachment so I can only get it to about 30psi, lol.

I think I probably better get a new bike

Or if you don't want all that extra expense you could just invest in a half decent pair of bolt cutters .
