Yeah, definitely weird.
I also read a lot of stuff about soy, mostly good stuff but suddenly something just blew my mind. Especially the one that mentions levels of estrogen in body. If someone is interested to read about it...

Everything in moderation is good, I would even go as far as saying the same applies to tobacco. There's properties in tobacco that can be quiet useful particularly if you're fat and stressed.
I've been eating and baking bread for while now and haven't had any side effects. I think the most serious side effect I've gotten was constipation. It was at my cousins 21st, now I think about it, it might of been all the lamb I ate though
