Its as simple as modifying some of the data files on your hd for the specific game your playing.
Go on halo3 for instance in the snipers setting.
2/3 games has cheaters.

COD4 is pretty much the same. You have to be cheating for 12 hrs straight in order to be caught. How many people stay online for that many hrs straight?
