    OP didn't catagorise it as off-topic, it was moved by a mod because it went off topic.

    I can't really move it back for the same reason.

    Both original posts would be on-topic. It's just that this one went off-topic and got moved here, it's still off topic and that's why it shouldn't be moved back.

    You can make a new thread with the information you posted in this thread, if you like, in the appropriate area.

    Or at least I don't think you are. Not in an internet sense, anyway. You may have been being literal, however, in which case I thoroughly empathise with your situation.
