Problem With Photoshop Cs

Hi, i downloaded photoshop CS (through bittorrent, not kazaa lite),
and it works fine, except that keyboard shortcuts don't seem to work. Does anybody know how to fix it?
could it be a wrong crack? (i used the one in the .rar file).
I would like to have this fixed, 'cause it kinda sucks not being able to use ctrl-N, ctrl-V, ctrl-C, etc...

Photoshop seems to be the only application with this problem, so i don't think something's wrong with my keyboard...
