    Hello
I'm really new to newsgroups. I'm using SABnzbd and just NZBs(dot)ORG so far.
Is there a way to download new episodes of a show when they are available?
Like if the files is whatevershow.s3.e01-group
Can you queue it so it downloads:
    whatevershow.s3.eX-group
    when it's available?

    Thank you.

I mean software checks like once a day if that file is available, and if it is, it downloads it? No?

if you are using linux; you can use leechr (http://code.google.com/p/leechr/)

and myepisodes (http://www.myepisodes.com/) in combination to accomplish this.

    otherwise use rss.

you cant queue what is not there bro.

Like everybody has been saying, you can't queue files that don't exist.

The closest you can get is to setup an RSS feed in SABnzbd and put in filters so that it only matches the show you want. When a match pops up in the RSS feed it will automatically add it to the queue for you.
SAB must be open and computer on, obviously.

Personally I use Sabnzbd w/ Sickbeard. Sickbeard uses the aforementioned RSS feeds though greatly simplifies the process. Also if by chance your newsreader doesn't support RSS feeds you can always set Sickbeard to put the downloaded NZB's in a Black Hole (Folder) and set your newsreader to scan that folder. Mind you if you use Sabnzbd you can send them directly. There are a few caveats the first being if an episode number is mislabeled such as FlashPoint Sickbeard will not pick it up. Give it a go.

    The homepage is http://code.google.com/p/sickbeard/

Actually you can, with Sickbeard Just add show like Dexter, it will find air dates, and as soon as it pops up on NZBS.org or the like it will auto downlaod it You should talk to the dev and get FST in that program, it's in Alpha so I'm sure it's doable
