Im on lasttorrents and when download some GB from there and comeback after few days I've locked torrents to download ( padlock?)

As a non-PU, you can still download anything older than 10 days.

THX, but why when I was singup there I can download files fresh and older? and now only older than 10 days?

They implemented that policy for reasons I can't recall. Probably to deter hit & runs.
