According to that page they seem to allow warez linking with the US VPS's which sounds very fishy. I doubt softlayer allows that in their rented dedis.

These thread may help you out .
And about softlayer, not only you can link warez but you can host warez as well , but just keep it private rather than going public.
Yea SL have a don't ask don't tell policy, but if you ever get DCMA'd you are pretty screwed (they will suspend the server within a flash and all your others will be in danger of being suspended too).
But, you will get far better value from other providers for the USA anyway, as the traffic isn't really 'unmetered' (check their usage/TOS, if you hammer it they'll do something about it). Still a decent setup though.
So what, as a provider, do you do when a DMCA notice shows up in your email? And do I need to worry about them if I get one of the German hosted VPS that you offer?

Hello, if you get DMCA, you just need to remove the content from the server thats all. No big deal.
And also Please notice, these are VPS and not Seedboxes .
Their Vpss are not for torrenting. Especially not for seeding. Because other users using Winrar, tp upload HotFile, RapidShare and etc. Think urself. How you could upload between these guys? Answer is on you.
Any idea when you will get more of the KSL200 or 300 spots for sale? I keep checking but they always seem to be sold out.
