Password Recovery

CAn anybody tell me a good software that can reveal password for limited user accounts for windows xp just like dialpass does for the internet

start-run-type CMD- enter - a dos box thing should come up, in the dos type box thing type net user which should bring up a list of usernames then type
net user username * that should let you change the password on any account

why not ask the person for there passoword or if your a admin change it for them!
