I need to format but iam going lose a lot of downloads 80g drive about 60g full.

Is there a partitoner that is easy to understand and use.

Also i need some idea of a sensible size of drive to keep Win98SE on.
Iam thinking of getting XPhome shortly so i would need i size to accomadate it.

The Win98SE was ghosted onto my PC when i bought it (not that i know what that means) will this be a problem to partition.

    Any advice please

Well you can partition your drive for windows 98 with 10 gb and save all of your other downloads on the other 65 gb.

Partition Magic is something that is easy to use and powerful.

WIN86 Ghosted onto your pc, you mean a ghost image was installed? That shouldnt be a problem at all. You might want to create a backup of your system using Drive image and create another ghost/image before you change your OS just in case.
