Wading through all the lines of chat, anyone would have difficulty discerning when they are actually telling the truth among all the deceit.

Wednesday evening, I submitted the ticket requesting my refund through their my.host-planet website, as requested. I notified them in the chat that I had done so, and they told me I'd get my refund, immediatly banning me from the chat and deleting my host-planet account. I complied with all their requests for getting the refund even though I did not expect them to keep their word, but this way they would have no excuse.

I opened the dispute with PayPal Thursday morning. I'll keep working the dispute with PayPal, regardless of how likely I am to get the refund.
