    Ok so i was using 'Seagate DiscWizard' and windows to partition my external HD's to fat32, but after something went wrong(external drive had a trivial error when i formatted using windows) an no other other app did the job(recognized my external HD) this freeware did the trick. Basically there is other aps posted to do the job but in case they fail ill save you having to search for a solution by posting this.


    CompuApps SwissKnife V3 is the best app to make your external HD fat32

    used the app on XP pro & it worked perfect
