Didn't this type of thing happen a few weeks ago? Something about a school giving free laptops to it students and then spying on them.

Can't say I liked the whole built-in webcam thing but still nothing a piece of tape won't fix (if you don't know how to stop it)

Damn, i didnt think i have to deal with this sort of thing...but my little cuzins just had this issue with her laptop...(13)...and not (american)....luckily it wasnt one of these pervs....just a basic virus....
