    i have this problem in my server windows

    disk overloaded 100%

    i need help please

    Close any other apps doing intensive disk I/O, and increase uTorrent's disk cache size if that doesn't work.

    Disable NTFS timestamp.

    Try that, and then make sure the cache is the optimum size (if it is too large, it will cause swapping, if too small it isn't being used efficiently)

    I don't think defragging the hdd will help him too much in this case. but as cabalo said disabling the ntfs timestamp will obviously help..

    also you may have too many active torrents at the same time. try capping the upload speed on some of them.
    whenever people agree with me, i always feel i must be wrong.
