In order to become a member at those sites you need to recieve invite from member/staff.

You may have a harder time with LM, since their invite policy has never been clear to me. They do open very occasionally. PTPC should be easier since they're rather generous with invites, recently they gave almost everyone at least one.

LM is pretty easy to get into. Have seen invites floating around all the time. Not in FST though.
