Astraweb SignUp problem: Couldnt create login and pass

Hey guy , i signed up yesterday( i noticed they got a new billing system,, not 2checkout) and at the end i had to choose login and password. But i couldnt get it. tried several times and always ended up with an error. It was written that i should contact astraweb via [email protected] and get my login\pass processed manually.
Its been more than 12h already without an answer... Has their support always been that slow? /// SHould i try and contact AW via their support section on their site?

PS Ok it seems everything is OK now. ive just got a reply from AW> Anyways i wish their response was faster =)
