    Why would you what to join a new tracker if you really don't need it ? Are you still going to be a good member of the "old" tracker? I mean either the "old" tracker or the new tracker is bound to suffer by the fact so ....

    Not that anyone needs any tracker btw.
    Sadly the same thing can't be said for borrowing money. Even if you have a good job I don't think too many of us have a few hundred thousand dollars idly lying around when we want to buy a house.
