Transmission Blocklist

So Transmission recently updated with an empty URL slot for a blocklist. I am trying to find whatever blocklist PeerGuardian uses (just the .txt file) so that I can feed it to Transmission but I can't find it anywhere. Do any of you guys know where this is?

The first link will take you to the P2P list. If you can't download it, your IP is banned for some reason (mine is ), so try a proxy.
