    Try accessing via IP.
    Code:
    http://208.93.110.120/
Did you actually try following the DNS cache, as they told you to? That and switching to alternative DNS servers may help with this and future issues.

Did they lose any entries? There doesn't appear to be any Harry Potter: Deathly Hallows Pt 1 DVDSCR's there.

    Use google one's for example:
    Primary: 8.8.8.8
    Secondary: 8.8.4.4

Probably you will have to change that on your router's DNS settings, switching from auto to manual mode and inserting the above mentioned values.

I wouldn't recommend that, Google's actively logging your IP and what sites you visit when you use their DNS service.

My personal recommendation would be OpenDNS, which I've been using for over three years and never gave me any issues. Their IPs are 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 - you can dive in your router's settings and set them there, or do the same on Windows.
