Generally avoid small files on the FT network. They are usually viruses of some kind.

Thanks for the info. This is yet another reason why ppl should consider having messages turned on. If they don't, then how are you supposed to tell them they're harboring an easily spread virus that they probably don't even know they have?

I would avoid downloading anything in the &#39;software&#39; field. I&#39;d say about.... 99% of them are viruses or non working files.

do virus scan be 4 i open it and have never had a virus detected
