That's crackers. Like most ambitious (and incredibly stupid) policies they try to create, this will just create go wrong in the end.

There are plenty of ways for parent to prevent there kids to "stumble" on to porn. First of all do not let them use there computer unattended. Once they reach the age of around 11-12 they do not just "stumble" upon it.

There are also plenty of programs with will lend a hand into blocking porn content and websites and with most search engines you need to approve you 18 years old to access more mature content. If you kid does not understand he need to press "NO" that he is not 18 years old he should not be behind the computer unattended. If he presses "YES" on purpose while not being 18 years old you could not call it stumbling upon it.

Again evidence that governments seems to take more and more responsibilities of taking care of ones child.

Alot of what made PARTS of the net what it is. Like streaming video, pic size, chat, webcam software all came about from porn. Do ya think a bunch of people sat around thinking it would be great if you could watch your local news on your computer? wheres the motivation in that? Porn sells

If you don't want your kids to see porn then don't let them on the internet unsupervised.
Don't just block it all from everybody, what the hell is wrong with these people.
