You are from India, right? In that case, yes, although they're likely to notice the IP change and ban you anyway.

Just forget about RevTT if your country is banned. There are many other alternatives.

yeah one of my online friend from egypt somehow managed to sign up using a proxy but within a week his account got disabled
there are other numerous trackers alike RevTT so you arent missing much
