No names come to my mind right now. In general, people tend tobreakbend that rule a lot, specially on trackers that aren't so hard to get. Some sites do go to the extent of actively identifying and disabling users who give invites in public, though. That's why you won't see any What.cd giveaways, for example...
Link's not working. I'm sure Sennheiser would have refused it anyway, as it's a "low-level" proof.
