mjmacky, if you would like into a different encoding group/a taste of the other side of things (not HDBits), I'd pick up Supervisor's offer (when he possibly makes you one to join the team on his website). I'm not sure how much they deal with BR caps/encodes et cetera, though.

No. My offer/interest has nothing to do with that site (which I don't staff anymore, nor encode to), however I might be able to help him. HDB could use more encoders, that's all.
