Well I have got this error on a few movies that I have been trying to encode, I am not sure what they were but this one is divx 3.
At a certain point in the encode I will get the error "Illegal floating decimal point calculation" and the encode will stop (in this case that was 5 hours in). and as detailed as that error message is I am not able to find out what causes it.
If it is just shit source, then I guess that is fine, although frustrating. But if there is something adjustable in the prgram to get around this than that would be better.
Thanks.

bad frames, you should always delete all bad frames Before you even think of encoding, this also prevents voice sync issues

Just got around to trying ti again, after removing the frames, it found a couple but no where the error was coming up.
But anyway tried again, same error, same place 35% done.
