Bandwidth In Kazaa

i was just wondering, when you click the little + sign next to a source for a download, and it sais the bandwidth of that user, is lower better or higher better ? because some useres have got a badwidth of 1, and some have a bandwidht or upto 700.

also, does this mean that if higher bandwidht is better, and instead of clicking the download next to the + sign to download the file i scroll down and choose someone with a bandwidth of 1000 it will download from that particular user? or is that list ONLY there to show who has that file ?

higher bandwidth is better ofcourse but what you see in the search window is not an indication of who is available for download or that they will upload to you with that bandwidth
