Or they can start their own "super tracker" that outrun every leet tracker out there and after 5 years users from all round the world begging for the invites/accounts bcoz it would be banned for the rest of the world

Except for the "banned for the rest of the world", such a tracker already exists. It's called Filelist.ro.

this is an stupid thing to do,not that i`m romanian or else but simply, all of you mods and admins of private trackers,think about all good romanians users who has a decent ratio,activity on forums,beeing on first line support.............just think
