Trouble With Norton Av 2004

I DLed this NAV2004;

and when it unpacked OEHeur.dll was said to be the wrong size

does anyone know a source of the actual OEHeur.dll?

you downloaded it from kazaa, its a corrupt download, go try again mate...

I made it make some some sense i think (it was early morning when i first posted)

OEHeur.dll is less than 600KB uncompressed
which is a much better[faster] option than downlaoding 49003KB again
