Let's look at it another way shall we. Your girlfriend has sex with you. I track her down and rape her. According to your logic, what is wrong with that? She was after all already putting out and having sex with you so why shouldn't I just take a turn.

Rather than consider a lesser sentence for this you should be petitioning for harsher sentences for rape... although I would really be interested to find out where you live if you only get six years for rape there!

I've been reading that statutory rape in ohio its 3-5 years and in Texas it's 2-20 so my source for this information is based on real world facts.
