Did you know usenet has FAR more HD movies than HDbits+CHD+bithdtv+scenehd+etc together?

Forget about a damn torrent site. It's just a place to get stuff that can be found elsewhere. And you know plenty of other places where it is. Please, please, stop with this drama.

Off course, but there's no glory in the Usenet...anybody can get those movies at any given time. No need for friends, no time needed, no asskissing needed, no need to make 2000+ posts on some forum, no need to spend most of your time on IRC 'having fun', no Gbitbox-using, not feelings 'important' when getting your files, not having a virtual goal in life, being aware you're just a looser and haven't achieved anything in real life (yet) ... that's what you get when using the Usenet.

A bittorrent site > usenet simply because you are able to click on a .torrent file and it will start downloading a movie in a bittorrent client. Usenet is also easy to use, but I simply more like the idea that is behind a bittorrent tracker than the idea behind usenet.

i heard those "rumours" too... can you please check if they have _full_ blu-rays of:
- starter for 10
- Arsène Lupin (Arsene Lupin)
- OSS 117: Rio ne répond plus (32GB variant)
- stage beauty
..cause pretty much everything imaginable i was able to find at bt and when i tried to look at nzb sites, they left a messy feeling of public torrent sites, i joined some considered_to_be_the_best for hd nzb site (sorry for my amnesia, forgot its name) that requires annual fee to use it, but looking at its stats, i wasn't impressed too tbh
ps imagine bt site _requiring_ the fee to use it, last time somebody tried it, they got buried in shit throwned at them...

Not really true for full blu ray and foreign movies, btw usenet (best hd nzb site or binsearch) has slow pre nowadays too.

ps kinda hate these french hd sites - playthenet & hdfzone for logging me out every day
....1337 flac sites are also too paranoid about it - what's fn' problem with keeping the cookie active if my ip didn't changed, nah, they want ritual dances around the site

Okay, KFlint told me that I need to forget about hdbits and move on; otherwise, I might end up getting banned from FST, but I gotta answer this. That person wasn't such an innocent member. He was a former staffer, but according to what he told me, he had ratio cheated on a bittorrent site. (But he also said that he had never cheated on hdbits). I have no clue if he was just trolling me or told me the truth. He invited me to hdbits in 2010, but my account Oleg was disabled 40 minutes after I was invited, so he invited me again to hdbits. They disabled that new account after they saw my IP, and demoted him from a VIP status to a power user status. Then, as you know, my account Oleg was re-enabled. But after I was banned from hdbits on February 1st of 2011, he told me, "Firon is a dick. Register another email account and I will invite you again, but you will need to pick a username that is not Oleg." Then I told him, "But you are not a VIP anymore, so how can you invite me?" He responded, "I will find someone who'll invite you." I said, "No, thanks." Then I said that I really miss the #hdbits channel, so he immediately gave me his irc invitation code, so I joined the channel. He got banned from hdbits after that (dunno if he's still banned). So, he's not as innocent as you think.

Everyone seems to miss the point that as OlegL says the person who "helped" him is I'm unassuming an adult and did so of his own volition in full knowledge of the Olegl might do and therefore presumably aware of the risks.
You lot want to give that person no credit for being able to think for himself , which is insulting and therefore laying any blame in what happened entirely on OlegL's shoulders.

I don't know what "like anon LMAO" is supposed to mean. I'm guessing you're either wanting me to tell him how to avoid detection, or someone else to do that, based on how I used to do the same on trackers. Whatever the meaning, you're asking people to do something that is not allowed here on FST.
