I have a disability. It's called Asperger's syndrome. In real life, it prevents me from getting a woman for sex.

You're not the first social cripple who read on the internet that people with Asperger's have trouble talking to others, and immediately diagnosed himself with it. Great as an excuse for their inability to talk to girls. Unfortunately there are a lot of internet losers out there who diagnose themselves with the disease in an effort to excuse their social ineptitude, sort of like the way ADHD is falsely diagnosed in bratty kids who just dont like paying attention in school. Actual sufferers of the disease will have some trouble functioning in social situations, but they won't go around yelling "SHUT UP IT'S ASPERGERS'S FAULT" every time you tell them that they're annoying and nobody likes them.

Scientists in fact already figured out that people who do all of their communicating online wind up mimicking Asperger's behaviors because they are imposing the same disadvantages on themselves. In both cases, when the ability to see nonverbal responses and facial expressions goes away, so does empathy. Soon the thing you're communicating with isn't a person, they're just a bunch of words on a screen. A bunch of words that the "little bastard didn't even bother to spellcheck."


OlegL ist just a lonely troll seeking attention. As long as people feed him and reply to his boring posts I can't even blame him. This section as well as some tracker forums/IRC is pretty much crowded with kids suffering from an utter loss of all social rules and empathy that seems to hit them for no other reason than that they happen to be communicating via keyboard and monitor at the time.



This ridiculous thread wouldn't have gotten 430 replies if others could simply ignore a troll. What OlegL does is called attention seeking. Even if you call him a retard it's attention for him. Attention that's being broadcast around the globe via the World Wide Web. The "I was banned from hdbits.org" thread on FST might be read by thousands of people. If that many people are reading about him and talk about him, he thinks he must matter.
