    I guess you can get the ID from buying a console, instantly reporting it as intermittently faulty and taking advantage of the 28 day return policy...

    My guess: you can guess IDs. Maybe Sony uses datatype Serial for that crap, or multiplies serial with their random number (thats 4).

    Sony should take whats left of their integrity (not much I say) and develop a good PS4 and leave the PS3 hackers alone.
