is there a .rar file in the first place? maybe an .ace file?
if its a rar, you need WinRAR to extract the files.... if its ace, you can also use WinRAR but you can also use WinACE

Among those files which have no files associated with them, look for a cue file or bin which can be mounted using a software such as nero 6 or daemon tools.
Edit: oh, and be more specific with the title in future.

I got mine of bt and it worked amazingly well.
Reading the .nfo (open with notepad) will tell you what to do.

Use winrar to extract anyone of those .001 - .035
After extraction you should get your image file.

It's an image file chopped up into many pieces. Like bambang said, use winrar to open of them, then extract it.
