    I didn't say you should buy a $40 mobo. I said it's almost enough.

    Do you even know what good mobos you can get for not too much cash?

    There is even one I'm thinking of that supports SDRAM and DDR so you wouldn't even have to buy new ram right away. You could use yours and upgrade later.

    As for the motherboard check out the ECS K7S5A Pro rev. 5.0

    Good budget oriented board that has a lot to offer.

    Supports up to 2600+ CPU. Both SDRAM and DDR supported (not at the same time).

    I really dont want a new mobo...i just want ram...and that 2-2-2CL is that a 2CAS LATENCY?
