why don't go to irc channel, it's no use to wait here
IRC channels are for members only, if something happened to his account and he hasn't had set the IRC NickName in his profile, i don't think he can get any help that way now.

Peanut, IRC's indeed the way to go. Click here to know how to join their support channel. That one only needs you to register your nickname, which is explained as well.

seriously, when I saw this type of post from a person who is a member here from 2008 (may be assosiated with bt from well before that), I thought about 2 things:Why are you being unnecessarily offensive?
1 either he is tring here
or, 2. he is making us look like stupid.
