Not usually. Unless it is translated in English.

I listen Japanese, Korean and Chinese Music. Very soothing. Not understanding the lyrics is fine. Who can understand the lyrics of most any 70's rock bands?

It's easy to understand the lyrics of 70's rock. It's the 80's and 90's that can be difficult (especially heavy metal and grunge).

I sometimes prefer music with no lyrics. Then it doesn't matter which language the artist speaks.

I have listened to rap songs in Korean for the beat and flow even though I have no idea what is being said.
