Not everyone who wants to download HD movies necessarily wants to be a member of What. power user or otherwise.
Also the fact that an adolescent twerp like you can make PU on What in a day should probably make them rethink the criteria necessary to get there.

The interview also requires a certain degree of knowledge about audio formats and encoding, and not all countries are fortunate enough to have access to the channel in the first place.Not everyone who wants to download HD movies necessarily wants to be a member of What. power user or otherwise.
By the way, it's not possible to become Power User in one day unless you've been a member for at least two weeks. And you may have had it easy with your seedbox, but try talking to someone using his crappy home connection there. I know people who have had to wait over a year to become PU.
