No..I said a few pages back the desktop icons go into the black bars while the black bars stay in the same position.

Have you tried increasing your resolution?
Is your monitor a piece of crap?
Are you a bit thick?

Anyway, I&#39;m sure that a monitor is hardware and that you have a setting for horizontal size.
