Its new..I bought it yesterday. And by virtual's post..I guess its not a piece of crap? I changed resolutions from 800x600 to 1024x678 and it happened

Try updating your drivers.

it's not your drivers of your vid card - it's fairly obvious u just need 2 adjust your monitor display settings
