I know, I know, but if he can&#39;t post a screenshot then he shouldn&#39;t own a computer. My 28.8 modem at work can upload a screenshot in a minute. Reduce the size if needed.

Then your video card may have a problem. Try a different driver or VGA card.

Restart your computer in SAFE MODE and see if the black bars are still there. Generic video drivers are used in that mode.

I set the width 6 pages back and like I said, the icons go inside the black "zones".
